10.4 Data rights requests are processed free of charge. However, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — particularly if repetitive — 578jili may charge a reasonable fee or decline to process the request.
21+ Only: The 578jili Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. 578jili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
11.1 If 578jili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted or returned as appropriate, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
11.2 Age is verified through the KYC process using government-issued identification. Age verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal can be processed.
12.1 With your consent provided at registration or subsequently via account settings, 578jili may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new game launches, tournaments, and other offers via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.

Each provider operates under their own data processing terms, which are governed by their respective licensing and regulatory obligations.
14.1 Some of 578jili's service providers and game content partners operate servers or process data outside the Philippines.
